1. Returns

We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return a product. Pet Rhythm accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@petrhythm.com with details and photos of the product. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food), personalized items, and gift cards.

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
